Alicia McLaughlin- Owner
Hello! I'm the proud owner of Dolled Up Darlings. My journey into the world of pageants began years ago when my daughter participated in her first pageant at just three months old. Although I was a rookie, I knew it was something I wanted to continue exploring with her. As my passion for pageants grew, I had a wild idea: "Why not start a rental business?" And that's how Dolled Up Darlings all started.
When I'm not helping moms find the perfect outfit/dress for their princess, I am cherishing the time I get with my family. My husband and I have three children. We love taking our boat out, spending time at the lake house, and going on trips together.
I can't thank all you wonderful moms enough for your loyalty to my business. Your support is truly appreciated! I feel so blessed to be a part of this community and am eager to get to know more of you. If there's anything I can do to help, please don't hesitate to contact me through Facebook.
Terra Duty- Admin
Hello! My name is Terra Duty. I joined Dolled Up Darlings in January 2024. I’ve been married to my wonderful husband, Erik, for nearly 20 years, and we have two daughters, Kinley and Macey. Professionally, I work as a Registered Dental Assistant and Financial Coordinator. In my spare time, I’m either booking rentals, spending quality time with my family, or camping in the great outdoors.
I love helping people and forging new friendships. Over the last year I’ve learned so much about dresses and pageants and it’s been a delightful experience.
Alicia, who has been my best friend since fourth grade, and I work closely together. I am honored to be part of Dolled Up Darlings and am excited about the future growth of our business.
Kinley Duty- Admin
Hi there! My name is Kinley Duty. I'm 18 years old and currently a senior in high school. After graduation, I plan to pursue a career in nursing. I started working as Alicia's assistant at Dolled Up Darlings three years ago, and it quickly became my full-time job. I thoroughly enjoy being part of this business and interacting with new people every day.
I take great joy in helping moms find the perfect pageant attire for their beautiful girls.
In my free time, I'm either managing rentals, spending time with family and friends, or shopping. Alicia has been an incredible mentor over the past three years, teaching me to have an eye for top-tier pageant attire. I’m excited to continue growing with Dolled Up Darlings.
